Indonesian Customer Visits Our Factory for Durian Freeze Dryer Solution
An Indonesian customer visited our factory to explore freeze drying solutions for durian. We offer a full range of freeze dryers and heat pump dryers. With a strong presence in Indonesia and participation in ANUGA Select China and the Canton Fair, we welcome global clients to visit our factory during the exhibitions.
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a customer from Indonesia to visit our factory. He is looking for a reliable freeze dryer solution to process durian, one of the most iconic tropical fruits in Southeast Asia. During the visit, we showcased our full range of freeze dryers, from small integrated units with 4kg capacity, perfect for labs or pilot production, to large-scale industrial freeze drying systems for mass production.
Our Indonesian customer was particularly impressed by the flexibility of our equipment and the fact that we can offer customized solutions to match different production needs. As part of our ongoing commitment to the Indonesian market, we have established a local agent in Indonesia, and we also attend food machinery exhibitions in Indonesia every year, strengthening our connection with local businesses and industry trends.
In addition to freeze dryers, we also offer a variety of heat pump dryers, which are suitable for drying a wide range of products, including durian. In fact, heat-pump-dried durian has a different charm: it retains more of the original flavor, has a softer texture, and a stronger aroma compared to freeze-dried versions. While this method is not yet widely used for durian, we believe that in the future, health-conscious consumers will increasingly seek out such more natural and flavorful dried products.
As the Canton Fair and the ANUGA Select China 2025 are currently underway, we warmly welcome more customers to visit our factory. We’re located just about one hour from both exhibition venues, and our team is happy to assist with transportation and accommodation arrangements.
